We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours, subject to stock availability.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • 4–7 working days for most locations
  • Up to 15 working days for select North-East regions

Delivery may take longer during sales, festivals, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email. You may also use the Track Your Order option on our website.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel is damaged, tampered with, incomplete, or missing items, please:

  • Note the issue on the Proof of Delivery
  • Take clear photographs
  • Contact us immediately

Partial Orders

If an item is unavailable, we may ship available products first and send the remaining items later without extra shipping charges.

Approved refunds for cancelled unavailable items are processed within 7 business days.

Refund & Returns Policy

Detailing Essentials
Owned by Manmachine Works Pvt. Ltd.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products that are new, unused, and returned in their original condition with packaging, manuals, and accessories.

A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, actual outbound shipping costs may also be deducted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Liquid products
  • Polishers and electrical equipment
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Certain plastic products
  • Used, installed, damaged, or altered products

COD Refunds

Approved COD refunds will be credited to the Detailing Essentials Wallet for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be issued.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
