MAFRA Iron Sniper is a professional-grade, super-concentrated iron fallout remover developed to dissolve stubborn ferrous contamination from vehicle bodywork and painted wheel rims.

Its advanced chemical action reacts with embedded iron particles, brake dust and road contamination, turning the affected area a characteristic violet/purple colour as the contaminants are dissolved. The slow-drying, mild-pH formulation provides sufficient working time while remaining suitable for use on automotive paint when used correctly.

MAFRA specifies a pH of approximately 5 at 20°C and lists the 5 kg version under product code P1178.

How to Use

Apply MAFRA Iron Sniper neat or diluted 1:1 with water, depending on the level of contamination. Spray evenly over the contaminated bodywork or wheel surface and allow it to work for approximately 3–4 minutes.

As it reacts with ferrous contamination, the product changes to a violet/purple colour. Rinse the treated surface thoroughly with water before the product dries.

Important: Use in an open or well-ventilated area. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface, and avoid contact with cast-iron brake calipers.

Dispatch and Delivery

Delivery may take longer during sales, festivals, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, including the courier partner, tracking ID, and tracking link.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If the package is damaged, tampered with, missing items, or contains fewer boxes than mentioned:

  • Record the issue on the Proof of Delivery
  • Take clear photographs of the package
  • Contact us immediately

Partial Orders

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch. Available items may be shipped first, and the remaining items will be sent later without additional shipping charges.

You may also cancel or replace unavailable products. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for orders between ₹999 and ₹12,000, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code.

Liquid Products

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for new, unused products returned in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, the actual outbound shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Liquid products
  • Polishers and electrical equipment
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Certain plastic products
  • Used, installed, damaged, or altered products

COD Refunds

Refunds for COD orders will be credited to the Detailing Essentials Wallet for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Products

A free replacement may be requested if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Please include the original invoice and pack the product securely. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. Cancellations after 24 hours may attract a 15% restocking fee.
