At Detailing Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns on eligible products in accordance with the policy outlined below.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on new, unused merchandise only.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, manuals, accessories, and ancillary materials.

Returns or refund requests will not be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.
Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only for the product value.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must not be damaged, installed, or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during sale or discount offers

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

COD orders are eligible for return or exchange.

Refund amounts for COD orders will be credited to the Detailing Essentials Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
FREE SHIPPING ORDERS
For products purchased under a free shipping offer:

The refund amount will be adjusted by deducting actual outbound shipping charges borne by us.

Any applicable restocking fee will also be deducted.
REFUND TIMELINE

The final refund amount will be processed within 3β5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
You may request a replacement at no extra cost if the item received is:

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Replacement Guidelines

Please include a copy of the original invoice inside the return package.

Ensure fragile items are packed with adequate cushioning.

We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
PRICING POLICY

In rare cases, price discrepancies may occur due to time delays in updates or regional pricing differences.
