At Detailing Essentials, we ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of your orders through trusted logistics partners.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE?

All orders are dispatched via reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Express, and other leading logistics providers.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, subject to stock availability.

Standard delivery timelines:

4–7 working days after dispatch for most locations

Up to 15 working days for select North-East regions
-

During sale events, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, delivery timelines may be extended.

Currently, we ship only within India.

In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock or not fit for shipment, we will notify you and cancel the affected item(s). In such cases, you will not be charged for the cancelled items.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

You can track your order by:

Visiting the courier partner’s website mentioned in the email

Logging in to your account on our website and clicking “Track Your Order”

Enter the tracking number in the Track Status panel to view real-time updates.
For assistance, feel free to contact us during working hours.
PARTIAL ORDERS
If an item in your order is partially available (e.g., you ordered 2 items but only 1 is in stock):

We will contact you before dispatch to explain the situation.

With your consent:

The available items may be shipped immediately

The remaining items will be shipped once back in stock

No additional shipping charges will be applied for the second shipment.
You also have the option to:

Cancel the unavailable item(s), or
-
Replace them with another product
If you choose to cancel unavailable items, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500 only.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available for orders between ₹999 and ₹12,000, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code.

COD availability depends on whether the courier partner accepts cash payments at the delivery location.
