PPF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Detailing Essentials

At Detailing Essentials, we stand firmly behind the quality of our Detail Max range of car care products and Paint Protection Film (PPF). All products are manufactured to meet high quality standards and are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under the terms outlined below.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may result in:

  • Discoloration

  • Cracking

  • Blistering

  • Delamination

  • Excessive colour change or yellowing

  • Permanent staining

Coverage is applicable only when the defect is directly attributable to the manufacturing process.

2. PRODUCTS COVERED

The warranty applies to the following products:

  • Neutral Foam Shampoo

  • Ceramic Shampoo

  • All-Purpose Cleaner

  • Ceramic Ultra-Speed Wax

  • Glass Cleaner & Degreaser

  • All-Round Plastic Protectant

  • Foam Gun Prewash

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by road debris, stone chips, or accidents

  • Scratches, swirl marks, watermarks, or environmental fallout

  • Deliberate or negligent damage

  • Failure to follow recommended aftercare and maintenance instructions

  • Improper storage or handling of the product

  • Incorrect or faulty installation

  • Application on repainted panels

  • Application on non-clear-coated or unsuitable surfaces

4. INSTALLATION & USAGE LIMITATIONS

  • The warranty is valid only for non-commercial / private vehicles.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Any deviation from recommended installation guidelines will void the warranty.

5. WARRANTY REMEDY

During the warranty period, Detailing Essentials reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at no additional cost, to:

  • Repair

  • Remove

  • Replace

the affected product if it fails to perform due to a verified manufacturing defect, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date of delivery

  2. Share details of the issue along with clear photographs/videos (if requested)

  3. Provide proof of purchase and the warranty card

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in rejection of the warranty claim.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These PPF Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
