Neutral Shampoo 2in1: by hand or foam gun

  • 2 in 1 shampoo: hand wash with bucket and emollient pre-wash with foam gun
  • Soft, compact and lubricated foam to avoid the formation of swirls and micro-scratches++
  • Neutral shampoo ph7, ultra-concentrated with shining action
  • Respects the protective agents applied previously, even the most delicate ones such as those with carnauba wax
  • Creates a soft, compact and lubricated foaming film that makes it safe on any type of surface, allowing you to wash the car
  • Without the risk of creating swirls or micro-scratches.
  • Foaminess above the market average: its intense and homogeneous lubricating foam encapsulates dirt, facilitating removal during the subsequent rinsing phase without creating halos or streaks.
  • Excellent economy thanks to high dilution ratios up to 1: 400 (1 part of product and 400 of water).
  • Great emollient capacity: it is perfect if used with the foaming technique.
  • Bubble Gum scent.

  • Hand wash with bucket:

  • Dilute the product 1: 400 (3 caps of product in 10L of water)
  • Apply the product starting from the top and always with a wet vehicle with a microfiber glove;
  • Proceed to rinse the surface;
  • Dry with the Super Dryer microfiber cloth ;

  • Pre-wash with Foam Gun:

  • Dilute the product in Foam Gun in the proportion 1:10;
  • Leave on for a period of time ranging from 3 to 5 minutes;
  • Rinse at high pressure starting from the bottom

  • Neutral foam shampoo has an above average foaminess on the market: its foam generated with the foaming technique creates a compact film, which remains adhered to the surfaces. It has an intense and homogeneous lubricating action and encapsulates dirt, facilitating removal during the subsequent rinsing phase without creating halos or streaks.

    Its WAX SAFE technology makes it suitable for frequent use because it respects the underlying protection, freeing it from the surface dirt that decays its performance.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, including the courier partner, tracking ID, and tracking link.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If the package is damaged, tampered with, missing items, or contains fewer boxes than mentioned:

  • Record the issue on the Proof of Delivery
  • Take clear photographs of the package
  • Contact us immediately

Partial Orders

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch. Available items may be shipped first, and the remaining items will be sent later without additional shipping charges.

You may also cancel or replace unavailable products. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for new, unused products returned in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, the actual outbound shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Liquid products
  • Polishers and electrical equipment
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Certain plastic products
  • Used, installed, damaged, or altered products

COD Refunds

Refunds for COD orders will be credited to the Detailing Essentials Wallet for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Products

A free replacement may be requested if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Please include the original invoice and pack the product securely. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. Cancellations after 24 hours may attract a 15% restocking fee.
