How to Use

  1. Switch off and unplug the polisher before changing the backing plate.
  2. Remove the old backing plate from the machine.
  3. Fit the MaxShine backing plate securely to the compatible DA polisher spindle.
  4. Attach the correct 6 inch polishing pad to the hook & loop surface.
  5. Check pad alignment before starting the machine.
  6. Start at low speed and increase speed as required for polishing.

Note: Always check machine compatibility, thread size, and backing plate size before purchase. Do not use damaged pads or backing plates at high speed.

Dispatch and Delivery

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If the package is damaged, tampered with, missing items, or contains fewer boxes than mentioned:

  • Record the issue on the Proof of Delivery
  • Take clear photographs of the package

Partial Orders

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch. Available items may be shipped first, and the remaining items will be sent later without additional shipping charges.

You may also cancel or replace unavailable products. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for orders between ₹999 and ₹12,000, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for new, unused products returned in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, the actual outbound shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Liquid products
  • Polishers and electrical equipment
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Certain plastic products
  • Used, installed, damaged, or altered products

COD Refunds

Refunds for COD orders will be credited to the Detailing Essentials Wallet for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Products

A free replacement may be requested if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Please include the original invoice and pack the product securely. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation
