How to Use

  1. Attach the correct 3 inch polishing pad to the backing plate.
  2. Apply compound, polish, wax, or sealant to the pad or work area.
  3. Start at a low speed to spread the product evenly.
  4. Increase speed as required for correction or polishing.
  5. Work in small sections using slow overlapping passes.
  6. Wipe residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
  7. Clean the pad after use and store the machine safely.

Note: Use the correct pad and polish combination according to paint condition. Avoid applying heavy pressure on edges, trims, and delicate areas.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If the package is damaged, tampered with, missing items, or contains fewer boxes than mentioned:

Partial Orders

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch. Available items may be shipped first, and the remaining items will be sent later without additional shipping charges.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for new, unused products returned in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, the actual outbound shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Liquid products
  • Polishers and electrical equipment
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Certain plastic products
  • Used, installed, damaged, or altered products

COD Refunds

Refunds for COD orders will be credited to the Detailing Essentials Wallet for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Products

A free replacement may be requested if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Please include the original invoice and pack the product securely. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. Cancellations after 24 hours may attract a 15% restocking fee.
